Some car seats have a deep and narrow position which can leave the hips in an uncomfortable angle. An extended buckle and specialised car seat foam is often required for the harness to sit correctly on their body.
This is to protect them in the event of a car crash. A correctly fitted harness can save lives. If you have a car seat that is suitable for modification we can do that at our office.
If not, you can hire a car seat from us and we will modify it to your baby’s size and shape.
We can accommodate all children’s ages and sizes in a hip brace.
